Mahoning Inn's Policies
1. Method of Payment
We
accept all major credit cards, cash, commercial checks, travelers
checks,
state voucher and direct billing. Sorry no personal checks.
2. Satisfaction Policy
After
check-in you have 15 minutes to check your room. If you do not
like
your room, please do not use anything in the room. Come back to
the
front desk. Your money will be refunded and we will search for
other
accommodations for you.
3. Check In Time: 2:00PM
Guest
must be 18 years old with valid I.D.
4. Check Out Time: 11:00AM
For
early check-in or late check-out discuss with the front desk.
5. Rates
Winter
Rates- $60-$125
Summer
Rates- $69-$139
Higher
rates during special events and holidays.
6. Reservations
A
valid credit card with sufficient balance is required to make a
reservation.
We strongly recommend that you always ask for a
confirmation
or cancellation number, and ask for the front desk
representative's
name when making or canceling reservations.
7. Cancellation Policy
It
varies as per number of rooms and special events. Please ask about
the
cancellation policy when making a reservation.
8. Privacy Policy
We
take your privacy very seriously. We do not
discuss
any information about our customers.
9. Lost and Found
We
hold all valuables. Call us with in 24 hours of your check out.
10. Gift Certificates/Ski Certificates
Gift
certificates for your special friends or loved ones are available at Mahoning
Inn. Sorry, no refunds.
